This list (published in 2017 on the IPPC website) also contained the following names for which no EPPO code could be created (e.g. because of uncertain taxonomy or corresponding to several organisms):
1- Non-European virus and virus-like organisms from Cydonia, Fragaria, Malus, Prunus, Pyrus, Ribes, Rubus and Vitis.
2- Viruses and virus-like organisms on potatoes such as [listed below]: only listed pests have been included.
3- Viruses transmitted by Bemisia tabaci, such as [listed below]: only listed virus have been included.
4- Viruses and virus-like organisms (non-European populations) from Cydonia, Fragaria, Malus, Prunus, Pyrus, Ribes, Rubus and Vitis, such as [listed below], only the species listed have been included.

Note also that:
5- For entries with spp. (i.e. all species in a genus), the genus has been entered. This is the case for Striga spp. and Trogoderma spp.
6- Hirschmaniella spp. such as Hirschmaniella gracilis: the genus and H. gracilis have been entered.
7- For entries such as “Acleris spp. (non-European populations)”, the genus or species has been entered. This is the case for:
- Arceuthobium spp. (non-European populations)
