EPPO Reporting Service (2011/003) : the presence of X. fastidiosa was confirmed in 2010 on Nerium oleander causing oleander leaf scorch in Bâton Rouge and Thibodeaux (earlier reports of X. fastidiosa in Louisiana are considered doubtful).
