Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2010/101) : there are two records of R. solanacearum on glasshouse tomatoes in Sardegna. One outbreak was detected in spring 2007 (Loreti et al, 2008) and another in 2009 (Fiori et al., 2009). These records have not been confirmed by the Italian NPPO.

EPPO Reporting Service (2011/003) : eradication measures were taken in the infected tomato glasshouses and the bacterium could no longer be found. The NPPO considers that these outbreaks have been eradicated.
