EPPO Reporting Service (2000/171) : found in Thüringen in one tomato glasshouse (young plants imported from Netherlands). All tomato plants at place of production were destroyed.
EPPO Reporting Service (2001/041) : Confirmed as only outbreak in 2000.
EPPO Reporting Service (2001/128) : found again in Hamburg in 2001. Present situation is that the virus occurs, and is under eradication, on glasshouse tomato at two locations in Thüringen and Hamburg. An earlier outbreak in Hessen (1999) was successfully eradicated.
EPPO Reporting Service (2002/092) : confirms the above. Also found in consignments of tomatoes from Netherlands, Spain (mainland and Islas Canarias), Belgium, Italy, Morocco.
EPPO Reporting Service (2003/002) : further outbreak in 2002 in a glasshouse in Sachsen.
EPPO Reporting Service (2003/132) : one company infested in 2002 remained infested in 2003, but no new outbreak
