Comments
Recorded in the southwest over 30 years, but very intermittently (NPPO, 1993).

According to Dr Pinon, M. medusae is no longer detected in France.

EPPO Reporting Service (2015/035) : an outbreak was detected in December 2013 in a nursery in the department of Gers (Aquitaine region). Surveys are being carried out.

EPPO Reporting Service (2019/112) : an outbreak was was detected in October 2017 in a nursery in the department of Gers (Aquitaine region). The incidence of the disease was very low.
