- East: Donetsk, Khar'kov, Lugansk
Potato wart disease is spread over an area of 8307 ha (Zelya, 2009).
From Fedorenko & Pylypenko (2012), an eradication campaign could reduce the infected area from 8 050 ha in 2007 to 2 760 ha in 2011.
EPPO Reporting Service (2014/075) : the total infested area is estimated to be 2942 ha (in 7 oblasts). Under official control.
Zelia et al. (2020): in addition to pathotype (D1), 4 aggressive pathotypes exist: 11 (M1) - Mizhgirrya, 13 (R2) - Rachiv, 18 (Ya) - Yasynya and 22 (B1) - Bystrytsya
