Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2011/054) : first found in March 2010 in several kiwifruit orchards in the province of Entre-Douro-e-Mińo.

EPPO Reporting Service (2012/061) : first report of bacterial canker on the cultivar Tsechelidis (A. deliciosa).

From NPPO (2017): during official surveys conducted in 2017, the bacterium was detected in a kiwifruit orchard in Vila Maior, and in 2 isolated plants in Alcofra. Under eradication.

From NPPO (2018): during official surveys conducted in 2018, the bacterium was detected in potted kiwifruit plants in a garden center in Ramalhal, and in a nursery in Sever do Vouga. Under eradication.
