Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (1997/189) : in north Transylvania, both M and D strains occur.

EPPO Reporting Service (2007/124) : strains D, M, Rec and C.

From NPPO (2017): in October 2017, an outbreak was found in the municipality of Odorheiu Secuiesc. PPV was detected in 3 Prunus domestica grown in a nursery. Eradication measures were taken.
