EPPO Reporting Service (2003/152) : the vector Scaphoideus titanus was first detected, and some specimens were found to carry phytoplasmas of the GFD type. The disease has not however been found in grapevine.
EPPO Reporting Service (2009/090) : grapevine flavescence dorée phytoplasma was first confirmed in 2007, in northern Portugal (Amares, Braga, Ponte de Lima), under official control.
