EPPO Reporting Service (2008/105) : first reported in 2002 on ornamentals and then in a commercial tomato field and a tropical fruit nursery.

EPPO Reporting Service (2013/130) : found in an ornamental nursery on Jamaican poinsettia (Euphorbia punicea).
