Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2015/029) : first found in the region of Tyrol in 2 fields of carrot and celery (Daucus carota subsp. sativus and Apium graveolens, both Apiaceae). Absent in solanaceous crops. Under eradication.

From NPPO (2018): only haplotype C has been found in Apiaceae plants [carrot (Daucus carota) and celery (Apium graveolens)] in Tyrol, an area where Trioza apicalis is abundant. Also detected in asymptomatic samples of parsley (Petroselinum crispum) and parsnip (Pastinaca sativa).
