Comments
According to EPPO Reporting Service 499/06, 1988-11, first found in parks in Prague in 1988. According to details provided later, the very first record goes back to 1986. All necessary measures are being taken to eradicate and prevent spread.

EPPO Reporting Service (1997/09) : disease has gradually spread in western, central and eastern Bohemia in the last 10 years.
