EPPO Reporting Service (2019/017) : Xylella fastidiosa subsp. multiplex was first found in December 2018 on lavender plants (in a zoo garden) in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia (near Porto). Under eradication.

EPPO Reporting Service (2022/064) : in 9 municipalities of the Área Metropolitana do Porto (Norte region). Under eradication.

EPPO Reporting Service (2023/015) : several outbreaks in the following regions: Lisboa e Vale do Tejo Norte, and Centro. Under eradication.
