This record included in the CABI map refers to a 1980 publication in Zashchita Rastenii, which describes citrus diseases in the then Georgian SSR. A bacterial blight is mentioned, but without reference to the scientific name X. citri, and must in fact refer to Pseudomonas syringae. So the record in Georgia should be considered erroneous.
