EPPO Reporting Service (1995/213) : serious outbreak on chrysanthemums in 1993 and 1994, possibly linked to introduction of Frankliniella occidentalis.

EPPO Reporting Service (2000/007) : on vegetable and ornamental plants. Widespread in Buenos Aires province on tomato, lettuce and protected capsicum

EPPO Reporting Service (2002/045) : two other tospoviruses have become important as well, tomato chlorotic spot and groundnut ringspot
