Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2004/059) : first found in 2002 on Tenerife (Islas Canarias), and later on the other islands. Under eradication.

EPPO Reporting Service (2010/058) : confirms.

From NPPO (2011): surveys have confirmed the absence of T. erytreae on the mainland.

EPPO Reporting Service (2015/022) : first found on mainland Spain. An outbreak was detected in November 2014 in the province of Pontevedra (Galicia). Under eradication.

EPPO Reporting Service (2015/205) : first symptoms were seen in August 2014 on lemon trees in Vilanova de Arousa (province of Pontevedra). Further surveys detected the pest in the municipalities of Vilagarcía de Arousa, Illa de Arousa, Cambados, O Grove, Sanxenxo, Pontevedra, Poio and Cangas (province of Pontevedra), as well as in Boiro, Padrón and Rianxo (province of La Coruña).

EPPO Reporting Service (2018/124) : update on the situation in Islas Canarias and Galicia.

EPPO Reporting Service (2020/164) : regulated area extended in Galicia. New findings in small orchards, private gardens and a garden center in the regions of Cantabria, Asturias, Pais Vasco. Under eradication.
