EPPO Reporting Service (2001/012) : outbreaks found in Yucatan and Quintana Roo. Eradication within 20 km of citrus-producing areas.

EPPO Reporting Service (2001/081) : confirmation of the April 2000 record in Quintana Roo.

According to SENASICA (2019): first found in Quintana Roo in February 2000, it then spread to other citrus-growing areas of Mexico in the states of: Campeche, Chiapas, Estado de México, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Jalisco, Morelos, Nayarit, Oaxaca, Puebla, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Tabasco, Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Yucatán, Quintana Roo and Zacatecas.
