EPPO Reporting Service (2005/034) : found locally in 3 provinces in 2003. Official control.
In 2007, the NPPO reported (IPPC website) that wart disease was first found in 2003. In 2007, it was found in the provinces of Nevsehir (169 fields), Nigde (68 fields), Kayseri (1 field) [Central Anatolia Region] and Ordu (8 fields), Trabzon (5 fields) [Black Sea Region]. Under official control.
EPPO Reporting Service (2018/114) : pathotype 2 detected near Nevşehir (Central Anatolia region) during field studies conducted in 2014.
EPPO Reporting Service (2020/176) : some pathotypes are different from EU and Ukrainian pathotypes.
