Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2011/084) : confirmed for the first time in 2008, widely present in pine forests (Pinus sylvestris) in eastern, central and southern parts of Lithuania.

EPPO Reporting Service (2012/239) : 2012 survey detected the fungus in 4 forest nurseries (14 positive samples), 3 forest seed orchards (3 positive samples), and 1 private park (5 positive samples). Subject to official control measures.

EPPO Reporting Service (2016/119) : in 2015, 4 outbreaks were detected in the regions of Vilnius and Kaunas. Under official control.
The oubreak detected in Vilnius was subsequently eradicated (NPPO, 2018).

EPPO Reporting Service (2017/092) : in 2016, 1 outbreak was found in Klaipeda region. Under official control.
This outbreak was subsequently eradicated (NPPO, 2018).

From NPPO (2019): in 2018, found in 2 sites in Kaunas region on Pinus mugo (in 1 garden centre and 1 nursery). All infected plants were burnt. Under eradication.

EPPO Reporting Service (2020/029) : in 2019, found in 6 nurseries on Pinus spp. All infected plants were incinerated. Under eradication.
