EPPO Reporting Service (2005/184) : first reported in 1954 in Dorset, with little impact. Since late 1990s, widespread damage to P. nigra subsp. laricio in Thetford Forest Park (Norfolk and Suffolk), and other locations in southern and eastern England. In Scotland, 2 outbreaks were reported in 2002.
