EPPO Reporting Service (2021/064) : first observed in 2017 in the Atatürk Arboretum, Istanbul. The fungus has also been detected for the first time on Cedrus libani and Turkish native Pinus taxa (P. nigra subsp. pallasiana var. fastigiata and P. nigra subsp. pallasiana var. pallasiana f. şeneriana).
