------- Isolates from potato collected from various growing regions of the East Khasi Hills and West Khasi Hills districts of Meghalaya (India)were identified as R. solanacearum [phylotype IIB-1] (36%), R. pseudosolanacearum [phylotype I sequevars 30 and 47] (5%) and R. syzygii [phylotype IV-8 and phylotype IV-sequevar unassigned] (59%).
