Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2001/061) : found in 2000/2001 on tomato crops at three sites in North Island and one in South Island. Probably entered on infected seeds.

EPPO Reporting Service (2003/041) : further surveys in 2002. Found only in one tomato glasshouse (already infested in 2000). Also in capsicum at Warkworth (north of Auckland).

EPPO Reporting Service (2019/240) : PSTVd has been detected on a few occasions but in all cases eradication measures have been taken. As no further detections of PSTVd have made since 2009, it is considered to be absent in New Zealand.
