EPPO Reporting Service (2008/076) : in 2006 PSTVd was detected on a small number of tomato plants in one glasshouse. All infected plants were destroyed and the pathogen was no longer detected. The tomato outbreak has been eradicated.
EPPO Reporting Service (2010/158) : detected in solanaceous ornamentals (mainly Brugmansia and Solanum jasminoides) during surveys carried out in 2006/2007.
EPPO Reporting Service (2014/132) : a detailed update about the situation of PSTVd in Belgium. The outbreak on tomato found in 2006 has been eradicated. PSTVd has been found in symptomless solanaceous ornamentals and is under eradication.
From NPPO (2018): no recent reports of PSTVd.
