Comments
Hawaii (including Pearl and Hermes Reef) and Midway islands only.

EPPO Reporting Service (2008/062) : in April 2007, a single adult male was caught in a pheromone trap near a nursery in Miami-Dade County, Florida (US). Further traps were placed in the vicinity of the nursery concerned but no other specimens were caught.

More recent surveys did not detect the pest in Florida, which is now considered to be absent from the mainland.
