Comments
First detected in Hawaii in 1983, and in California in 1999. Populations are well established in California, Florida and Hawaii. In addition to these established populations, infested plants have been detected in Alabama and Oklahoma (2005), Louisiana (2006), New York and Texas (2007), Georgia (2008), North Carolina and South Carolina (2009), and Tennessee (2014) (Chong et al., 2015)

EPPO Reporting Service (1999/172) : found at El Centro and Calexico in southern California.

EPPO Reporting Service (2009/055) : reported in Georgia.

EPPO Reporting Service (2015/101) : populations are now well established in California, Florida and Hawaii. In addition to these established populations, infested plants have been detected in Alabama and Oklahoma (2005), Louisiana (2006), New York and Texas (2007), Georgia (2008), North Carolina and South Carolina (2009), and Tennessee (2014).
