EPPO Reporting Service (2013/217) : first recorded in 2011 in England and Northern Ireland, in sports turf. In 2013, a new outbreak was found in an organic crop of leeks in 1 field in Staffordshire. Under eradication.

In 2015, the NPPO confirmed that the occurrence in Northern Ireland was a mistake in the correspondance of 2013. The pest occurs only in England.
