EPPO Reporting Service (2012/100) : the NPPO of Canada officially declared that 'Ca. L. psyllaurous' has never been detected in Canada on tomato or potato. This record in Alberta (probably based on Carter 1939, then quoted by Crawnshaw 1993) most probably related to psyllid yellows only. Although the psyllid vector (Bactericera cockerelli) occurs occasionally in several Canadian provinces under glasshouse, it is not considered to be able to overwinter outdoors and establish in Canada.
