EPPO Reporting Service (2012/074) : detected for the first time in January 2012 in a sweet orange tree located in a commercial citrus grove in the area of San Juan (Hidalgo county).
In 2014: also found in Cameron, Harris, Fort Bend and Montgomery counties.
In 2018: quarantined area expanded to Aransas, Brooks, Calhoun, Nueces, and Starr counties.
In 2019: quarantined area expanded to Bazoria, Galveston, Jim Hogg, Kleberg, Kenedy, and Webb counties.
In 2014: also found in Cameron, Harris, Fort Bend and Montgomery counties.
In 2018: quarantined area expanded to Aransas, Brooks, Calhoun, Nueces, and Starr counties.
