Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2013/210) : introduced from North America during the second world war, now widespread along the coastal pine stands of Lazio region (approx. along 103 km from Fregene in the north to San Felice Circeo in the South). Also detected in historical gardens in Rome (Villas Ada, Borghese, Diria-Pamphili). Often associated with significant mortality of Pinus pinea trees.
