EPPO Reporting Service (2007/156) : In August 2006, G. rostochiensis was detected in the municipality of Saint-Amable, as well as in portions of the municipalities of Sainte-Julie, Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu and Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil. A total area of 4 750 ha, including 2 000 ha of agricultural land is being regulated in Quebec.

EPPO Reporting Service (2011/088) : later studies have showed that nematodes collected from all infested fields belonged to Ro1 pathotype.
