Comments
From NAPPO (1992): New York (Long Island and several counties in upstate NY). Eradicated from Delaware.

In 2014, certain areas of Orleans, Nassau, and Suffolk counties were removed from the regulated area. Eradication continues.

In 2018, certain areas of Cayuga, Seneca, Steuben, Suffolk, and Wayne counties were removed from the regulated area. Official measures are continuing.
