Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (1994/75) : F. occidentalis is found for the first time in Crete.

From Anagnou-Veroniki et al. (2008): first found in Crete and in Kavala (northeastern Greece) in the early 1990s. In 1993, it was recorded on cotton in the Prefectures of Imathia and Pella, and in 1996 it was found in Korinthia.
