Comments
First found in California in 1953 and eradicated in 1966. Also eradicated in 1968 and again in 1980 in New Jersey. From 1980 to 1983, isolated infestations were detected in California, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New york, Pennsylvania and Texas. All were eradicated.
