Earlier versions of the database mentioned 'widespread from IV to VI Regiones, on lemon and orange trees', however the source of the infomation could not be fully traced (probably Prado, 1991).
EPPO Reporting Service (2015/074) : the literature survey conducted by Nieto Nafria et al. (2015) has showed that all published records were in fact based on invalid interpretation of old taxonomy which had been repeated in subsequent publications.
