Comments
Discovered in California feeding on winter daphne (Daphne odora) in early 2011. However, it is not clear whether the pest is established or not.

Acorrding to CABI (2014) the record from California, USA on Daphne (Gilligan et al., 2011) was an interception on nursery stock imported from Oregon; the species is not established in California (California Department of Agriculture, June 2014).
