Comments
First found near Portland (Oregon) in 1964. Periodically found on greenhouse crops in Oregon. Also detected in 1974 in Washington state and surveys carried out in the late 1990s showed that it occurs throughout the western part of Wahsington. Discovered in California feeding on winter daphne (Daphne odora) in early 2011.
