EPPO Reporting Service (2004/080) : T. evansi occurs in Portugal.

In a publication from Hurtado et al. (2008), it is mentioned that specimens of T. evansi have been collected from Madeira on Solanum nigrum. Confirmed by Boubou et al. (2011).

Naves et al. (2021): widespread from Minho to the Algarve, being more frequent in the centre and south of the mainland except for mountainous interior regions where low temperatures during winter seem to limit its presence
