(2013): it occurs primarily on Solanum nigrum, but has also been collected on potatoes (Solanum tuberosum), eggplant (Solanum melongena) and Withania somnifera, in the summer and autumn. It is widespread in Israel, from the Hula Valley in the north to Samar in the southern Arava Valley.
