EPPO Reporting Service (2000/005) : present in the province of Zuid-Holland from 1905 to 1910, but not reported again till 1995 when it was found in a nursery in Vleuten (province of Utrecht). Found again in 1998 on azalea bonsais from Japan in a nursery in Bleiswijk.
