EPPO Reporting Service (2007/134) : caught in a suction trap in June 1999 (and in 2000, 2001, 2002) at Pozzuolo del Friuli (Friuli Venezia-Giulia).
The aphid has later been observed in other Italian region: Lombardia, Toscana and Sicilia (Bella & Squarcini, 2009).
