According to the Polish NPPO, Raspberry ringspot virus was detected for the last time in 2003, in 1 place of production. From 2006-2010, 2167 visual inspections were officially carried out on Fragaria and Rubus plants for planting and 808 samples were tested in the laboratory. All tested samples gave negative results.
