EPPO Reporting Service (2011/235) : detected for the first time on ornamental palm trees (Phoenix canariensis) in the city of Carthage (north of Tunis) in December 2011. Under eradication.

EPPO Reporting Service (2015/057) : found in other areas near Tunis, such as Belvedere, Kram, Marsa and Soukra.
