------- In annual surveys from 2003-2016, R. solanacearum [phylotype IIB-1] was detected in3 lots of ware potato (1 lot in 2010 and 2 in 2011) but was not detected in seed potato during this period. Official eradication measures were taken and in 2017 the NPPO declared the bacterium to have been eradicated.
