------- R. solanacearum [phylotype IIB-1] present on potato, tomato and Solanum nigrum and R. solanacearum [PIIA-36] found on tomato. R. pseudosolanacearum [phylotype I] sequevars include: [PI-13] isolated from potato; [PI-31] from tomato, potato, eggplant, Solanum muricatum (pepino), Capsicum annuum, Phaseolus vulgaris (haricot bean), Pelargonium x asperum and various unnamed weed spp.; and [PI-33] from tomato. R. pseudosolanacearum [phylotype III-19] was also found on tomato, potato and Pelaragonium sp.
