Comments
R. pseudosolanacearum, R. solanacearum, R. syzygii.

From Villa et al. (2021): Bacterial wilt disease is widespread on tomato, eggplant, pepper, potato, and tobacco. Bugtok (or tapurok) disease also present on cooking banana (saba and cardaba varieties) and Moko disease is also found on dessert banana. R. pseudosolanacearum [phylotype I] was confirmed in 64 of 89 isolates obtained from tomato, potato, Capsicum annuum, eggplant and Momordica charantia (bitter gourd). R. solanacearum [phylotype II] was found on potato, cooking banana with bugtok disease and dessert banana with Moko disease. R. syzygii [phylotype IV] was confirmed for 3 isolates from potato.
