Comments
Occasional outbreaks, eradication measures are taken.

EPPO Reporting Service (2007/187) : one outbreak reported in September 2006, eradicated.

Additional detections were made in 22 Pennsylvania counties (2004, 2006 to 2010), and submitted to eradication measures. Studies done on a few plants which had been found infected in 2010 in 6 outdoor garden locations in University Park showed that the fungus could overwinter in Pennsylvania (the disease was observed again in 2012).
