Comments
In 2013, the NPPO of Ecuador officially declared that P. viburni has never occurred on its territory, thus contradicting what has been published on ScaleNet (based on Ben-Dov (1994); Gimper & Miller (1996); Williams & Granara de Willink (1992)). In 2014, the NPPO stated that intensive monitoring carried out in 2013/2014 confirmed the absence of the pest.
