Pomacea maculata(POMAIN)
Distribution details in Bolivia
Current pest situation evaluated by EPPO on the basis of information dated
2007: Absent, unreliable record
Hayes et al. (2012) consider that P. maculata probably occurs in Bolivia, Ecuador and Perú considering the known records in del Plata and Amazonas basins, the hydrographic continuity between these 3 countries and their similar climates. For the moment, this asumption has not yet been confirmed.
