EPPO Reporting Service (94/163): first report 1993-05 in Florida.

EPPO Reporting Service (95/004): according to NAPPO, has spread to all 39 citrus-producing counties of Florida. Now in several orchards in Louisiana, and in one county in Texas. Because of rapid spread, no cooperative eradication program or Federal Regulation is being considered.
